Neo is a skilled physiotherapist with extensive experience in both Hong Kong and the UK, specialising in musculoskeletal (MSK) rehabilitation, sports injuries, and post-operative care. He previously worked as a Band 7 Clinical Spinal Specialist in the NHS. Neo’s expertise includes neck, knee, and ankle conditions, and he has collaborated with orthopaedic surgeons in Hong Kong, gaining valuable experience in MSK conditions.

In addition to physiotherapy, Neo is trained in acupuncture, holding a diploma from Hong Kong with further training in China. This allows him to integrate Western and Eastern approaches to pain relief and relaxation.
